CANAL DES ARROSANTS
Called “béal”, or “canal des arrosants”, this trail promises a surprising walk.
The springs springing from the Gorges d' Ollioules have been channelled since the Middle Ages to supply the town's mills. Later, this canal became the "Canal des Arrosants", which irrigated the numerous horticultural farms that made up the town's wealth.
