The "Cade" chickpea wafer

La cade is a fine wafer made from chickpea flour and olive oil, cooked over a wood fire, delicious both salty and sweet. It looks a little like the socca from Nice, better of course! (yes, we are a little chauvinistic).

It is impossible not to taste a little bit of cade just out of the oven on the go when you visit one of our markets.
