This agricultural market is the concrete expression of the city of Ollioules' desire to promote short sales channels for local products. It is symbolized by the old flower market. This hall, emblematic of the economic boom of Ollioules when it was the capital of flowers, is a strong symbol of the city's attachment to its agricultural and horticultural sector.

All year round, every Monday and Friday between 5 pm and 7 pm except on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
