Our team has been trained to respect and ensure respect for the barrier measures recommended by the Ministry of Health for establishments open to the public according to their classification.
Trampoline Park Gravity Space implements the following recommendations for safe operation:
A distance of at least 1 metre from other people, especially if they are coughing, sneezing or have a fever, will be maintained within the park.
The waiting area of the park will be set up to optimise the rules of distancing as much as possible (notably markings on the ground).
As far as the trampoline area is concerned, it will be ensured that there is 1 person for every 4 square metres.
Safety instructions will be given in small groups in order to respect a distance of 1 metre.
The reception area will be limited to a maximum of 2 people.
Ground markings will indicate the distance zones to be respected.
Only one accompanying person in the waiting area is allowed per jumper.
Masks must be worn throughout the reception area only.
Our reception staff will wear masks and gloves.
Our platform teams will wear masks and gloves.
Hydro-alcoholic gel and soap points are available for our customers.
To play with the balls (Basketball and Dodge Ball areas), they are available at the reception desk after disinfecting the hands with hydroalcoholic gel.
The toilets will be regularly cleaned with a visible record of passage for our customers.
The tables, chairs and the check-out counter will be cleaned after each customer.
Online booking is mandatory.
Payment by credit card is to be preferred for payments and drinks on the spot, the contactless payment limit having been increased to 50 €.
Birthdays will be limited according to availability.
Groups (school, company, ...) are admitted, the park will be privatized if possible, the supervisors must be equipped with gloves and masks.
Clients must be present at the time of booking the session. In case of delay, the session cannot be carried out.
These recommendations may change according to the directives of the Ministry of Health.
