Saint-Mandrier Plongée - Bateau École
The Saint-Mandrier Plongée boat school offers training courses for coastal and deep-sea diving licenses in the village, starting from the marina. A la carte, in duos or groups.
Professionals of the sea, we prepare you to the coastal and deep-sea boating licences.
All the training takes place at Saint-Mandrier Plongée.
The theoretical exam of the code is done in a state-approved centre.
You will not have a practical exam, but a training course during which the trainer of the boat school will improve you before validating your knowledge as you progress.
The practical training takes place in Saint-Mandrier, in the port and in the Toulon harbour. This vast stretch of water provides a real introduction to navigation at sea (buoyage, traffic, wind, current...).
The learning, the improvement and the validation of the practice are done on board a fast and modern school boat, a semi-rigid BWA América of 7,50m equipped with an outboard of 250 CV.
The theoretical training is done in a classroom equipped with audio-visual teaching aids allowing you to "train" for the theoretical exam.
Coastal licences are taken all year round according to the programmes available on our website.
The training to prepare for the deep-sea licence also takes place in our centre from October to March.
