Six-Fours les Plages- VAR - SUPERB fully equipped STUDIO of 22 m² with private garden, next to the owners' villa. Rated 2 stars.
NO SMOKING - NO PETS ALLOWED -
Located in the Bucarin district, an ideal place, in the peace, for holidays of dream for 2.
You will find many shops, restaurants and beaches nearby. You have the possibility to do everything on foot or by bus.
Recently renovated, it is very comfortable to spend a pleasant stay.
To access the flat you will have to climb a few stairs, it offers for your comfort:
A main room facing west which turns into a bedroom in the evening with the BZ in 160 (Bultex mattress).
- A wardrobe with shelves in the main room
- A large storage box (2 pillows and a duvet)
- A BZ (convertible sofa) in 160
- A hoover
- An iron and ironing board
The south-east facing kitchen is equipped with a multi-function oven (oven/microwave), a 2-burner ceramic hob, an integrated hood, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a toaster, a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, an electric griddle and an extension cord...
Reversible air conditioning
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with glass wall, washbasin, WC, hair dryer, ...
A garden with synthetic grass is privatized for you with 2 sunbeds, parasol, table and chairs, water point, electric plug and outside toilet.
Possibility to provide sheets or other needs (towel, beach sunbathing, beach umbrella on request)
Other information about the studio:
- The studio is attached to the owners' house but has its own entrance.
- The garden is independent as the owners will be on the other side of the house. They have their own entrance
- the parking of your car (not private) can be done on the public places on the avenue de la mer or on the avenue de bucarin but you can leave your stuff in front of the villa.
