Our guide invites you to discover how the waters of the Reppe were domesticated by man from the Middle Ages onwards thanks to the construction of canals, which include the Canal des Moulins, the Fontaines and the gardens.
Over the centuries, the people of Ollioules have ingeniously and persistently shared these waters. You will learn how Ollioules became the capital of the flower from 1850 to 1990. You will visit the Moulin de Palisson, a 15th century flour mill, a real museum of the miller's trade.
To be confirmed: Weather permitting, at the end of the visit, you will be offered a tasting of local products (at your discretion): wine produced by the Domaine de Terrebrune as well as artisanal biscuits made by Péchés Gourmands.
