Boulangerie Pâtisserie Artisanale Debeaumont
Nestled in the heart of Les Sablettes, just off the Tourist Office car park, 100 m from the beach and opposite the amusement park, Maison Debeaumont offers a wide choice of breads and pastries, whether or not from sustainable agriculture or organic farming.
100% artisanal bakery, dedicated to authentic products; 100% made on the spot, by 100% passionate professionals!
Exclusive use of 100% Isère mountain flours, in line with the approach of encouraging short circuits, sustainable agriculture, organic farming and healthy eating (low gluten flours such as buckwheat, rye, etc.).
Our flours have an irreproachable traceability thanks to their different labels; HVE (High Environmental Value), or AB (Organic flours), or mountain products
A wide choice of classic pastries, made according to the rules of the art.
Home-made Viennese pastries, made exclusively with AOC Charentes-Poitou butter.
We are committed to the very essence of the word "Artisan": 100% home-made with real know-how, and a constant desire to give you the best of ourselves and our products!
We forbid ourselves to sell anything in the shop that is not made in our workshops from A to Z.
In 2021, we were awarded a place in the prestigious Gault et Millau Regional Paca guide dedicated to craftsmen.
As well as a 3rd place in the competition for the "Best almond cake in the Var", organised by the Syndicat des Patrons Boulangers du Var.
Our dynamic, serious and smiling team will guide you in your choices and desires.
Do not hesitate to contact us for any particular order or not, and this, on any occasion.
Catering, buffets, cakes, birthday cakes, number cakes, confectionery, etc.
We have more than one trick up our sleeve, and more than one skill in our hands.
Antoine, the company manager, trained in a hotel school, where he learned the basics of cooking, pastry-making and service; he then moved to Paris to learn pastry-making on the job in prestigious places (such as Le Bristol; Le Plazza Athénée; La Grande Épicerie de Paris...). He worked as a pastry chef in many companies, and through certain encounters became passionate about bread.
Today, he shares with you his 20 years of professional, passionate and culinary experience!
His particularity: to try at every moment, in all his products, to associate the science of baking; the technique of pastry-making; as well as the culinary sensitivity.
To your taste buds!
